We stand behind the quality of our products and take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact our customer service team at plotandspicebooks@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Do not return merchandise before contacting us. Please note: All sales are final.

All Sales Final: We’re unable to accept returns, but we want you to be happy with your order.

Order Mistakes: If the wrong item arrives, just send us proof of the error and we’ll make it right.

Damaged in Transit: If your books are damaged during shipping, please note that we can only assist if the shipping box arrives intact. Be sure to provide photos so we can help determine next steps.

Carrier Damage: If the damage was caused by USPS, you’ll need to file a shipping claim directly with them.

Shipping Info: All orders are sent USPS Ground Advantage, unless purchaser chooses a different method. First Class Mail includes standard insurance for your protection, so you can submit a claim if it is received damaged or is lost.
- Shipping Claims: Any claims for damage incurred during transit are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customers must file directly with USPS.
